The Smokey Bar offers complete mobile bar setups and bar catering for events: molecular & LED bars, professional bartenders, flair bartending, Russian bar hostesses, hookah lounge, custom bar stationery, theme counters, a cocktail conveyor belt bar, Jäger shot machine, liquor claw machine, injection & jelly shots and cocktail towers.
Which areas does The Smokey Bar serve?
We are based in Dwarka, New Delhi and serve all of Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad — plus destination weddings and events across India.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We handle the complete bar service — staff, setup, glassware, mixers, ice and garnish. Liquor is arranged as per local licensing rules; we’ll share an exact shopping list for your guest count.
Can you personalise the bar for our wedding?
Yes — hashtag stirrers, drink tags, straw flags, menus, monogram cocktails and signature drinks named after the couple are all part of our stationery service, for haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception functions.
How many guests can The Smokey Bar serve?
We serve events from 25 guests up to 5,000 guests, with a team of up to 40 bartenders, mixologists and bar staff and a dedicated bar manager for large events.
How early should we book?
For weddings and peak season (October–February), 3–6 weeks ahead is ideal. House parties can often be arranged within a few days — just WhatsApp us on +91 81749 00444.
How much does bar catering cost?
